REGISTRATION First 50 payment registrations are non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days. If payment is not received registration will be re-invoiced at the next available registration type. Earlybird registrations close Thursday, 13 July and payment must be received by this date. If payment is not received in full by this date, the registration will be re-invoiced at the Standard rate. Water New Zealand Membership must be valid in order to purchase member rates . All payment due dates not listed above are due within 7 days . CANCELLATION Should a delegate be unable to attend, a cancellation request must be forwarded in writing to Avenues Event Management. Apart from the first 50, cancellations received in writing by Friday 15 September 2023 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of $100.00 plus GST. After this date no refunds will be made. However, delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including registration at the Conference & Expo. Once a delegate has registered on-site, no further substitutions can be made. Please inform Avenues Event Management of any such substitutions as early as possible. PLEASE NOTE DELEGATES CANNOT SHARE REGISTRATIONS. As accommodation is booked on a self funded basis, any cancellations or changes to your accommodation booking will need to be done directly with the hotel and any charges associated are at the hotels discretion.
