Using this portal you will be able to book, view, and manage your exhibition stand for this event. If this is your first time using the Exhibition Portal, you will need to create a primary contact on the New Booking tab before you can book your stand. You can book multiple stands through the portal, but you need to book one site at a time. Once you have booked your stand you can use the Existing Booking tab to manage your stand personnel registrations when registrations are live in 2024. 

Please note to secure your stand, the invoice must be paid within 7 days. 

To book a stand you MUST be a Water New Zealand corporate member with a fully paid membership. If you do not have a membership please contact Pip from Water New Zealand at enquiries@waternz.org.nz  to set up a membership. Then you can proceed to book a stand.

CREATE NEW BOOKING - Your first time login into this online portal in 2024, to book a stand for the upcoming expo. 

EXISTING BOOKING - Login once your 2024 stand is booked to upload logo, manage staff etc.
