Summary

Terms and Conditions
Should a delegate be unable to attend, registration cancellations received in writing before and including Monday, 13 April 2026, will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of $100 exclusive of GST. Registration cancellations after this date will not be refunded. However, delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including check-in on the day of the Conference. Once a delegate has registered on-site, no further substitutions can be made. Please inform Avenues Event Management of any such substitutions as soon as possible. Payment is due seven days from invoice date but no later than the Conference start date – Tuesday, 12 May 2026. PLEASE NOTE DELEGATES CANNOT SHARE REGISTRATIONS.
