The Conference Dinner is the highlight of the Conference Social Programme. It gives you the chance to enjoy a meal and entertainment with your colleagues and network with your industry peers. Conference Dinner tickets are an additional cost to all registration types.

Site Visits
Site Visits
As an attendee of The Conference, you can participate in one of two site visits to local areas. All site visits cost $30.00 including GST per person; spaces are limited so get in quick!

The Site Visits will be from 1.00pm to 5.00pm on Friday 3 May departing from the Grand Millennium. To find out more information on this year's site visits, click here.

Accommodation

Summary
Registration Terms and Conditions
Should a delegate be unable to attend the Conference, a cancellation request must be forwarded in writing to Avenues Event Management. Written cancellations for individual registrations received by 19 April 2019 will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of $35.00 plus GST. After this date no refunds will be made. However, delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including registration at the Conference. Please inform Avenues Event Management of any such substitutions as early as possible by phone or email. Payment is due seven days from invoice date but no later than the Conference start date – Wednesday 01 May 2019. PLEASE NOTE DELEGATES CANNOT SHARE REGISTRATIONS.
