Registration & Refund
- Registration Fee: To secure a spot at NZed Connects 2025, a registration fee of NZ$1,200 is required, which includes arrival tea, morning tea, buffet lunch, and afternoon tea, access to all sessions, networking opportunities, and a non-refundable administrative fee of NZ$200.
- Invitation: You will receive a letter of invitation within two weeks of registration.

Refunds: The administrative fee of NZ$200 will be deducted in case of a refund due to a change of mind or visa refusal. You will receive a refund of NZ$1,000 before applying any discounts or surcharges. Please refer to the full refund policy here.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on payments from their country. If paying in US dollars, the event price is US$690.
- If the event is cancelled due to low participation or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified at least 60 days before the event date. Participants should only apply for their visas within this 60-day period.
Note: All transactions will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD/NZ$) and are subject to a non-refundable payment gateway surcharge.
