• The NZ Spirits Awards 2022 (the Event) is organized by Avenues Limited (The Organiser) and brought you by Spirits New Zealand Inc. and Distilled Spirits Aotearoa (NZ) Inc (The Contractors) and are subject to the following Terms and Conditions; • Registration and payment for the Event ticket must be made on the Event’s website at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in full and in NZ Dollars. • Tickets are transferable, name substitutions must be received in writing to nzspiritsawards@avenues.co.nz by 1 June 2022. No refunds will be given. • No admittance to the Event will be granted without payment being received in full. • The Organiser or The Contractors may at their absolute discretion withdraw, replace, substitute or vary the format, date or timing of any element of the Event, or amend the programme, prices and/or other arrangements relating to the Event at any time. • All attendees must conduct themselves in a manner that does not restrict or interfere with the enjoyment of the Event by others. • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse a person entry to, or to remove a person from, the Event for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the venue’s terms of admission, or for any conduct which The Organiser considers in its absolute discretion to be unsatisfactory. • In the unlikely event of an evacuation, you must follow the instructions of venue staff, otherwise leave the Event by the nearest available exit and assemble in the approved assembly area.
