Cancellations Cancellations received in writing on or before Tuesday 1 October 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a $100.00 NZD cancellation fee plus NZ GST (15%). Cancellations received after Tuesday 1 October 2024, will not be eligible for a refund. However, substitutions can be made. Payment Methods Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All payment details will be provided upon registration. All fees must be paid 7 days after receiving the invoice and no later than the event date Monday 4 November 2024, whichever comes first. International Payments Payments made in an international currency will be converted to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the exchange rate valid at the time of purchasing your registration. Any bank fees or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the participant. Substitutions Substitutions of participants are allowed at no additional cost. Notification of substitutions must be made in writing and sent to Avenues Event Management as soon as possible. Liability As accommodation and flights are s booked on a self-funded basis, any cancellations or changes to your accommodation and flight bookings will need to be done directly with the hotel and/or airline and any charges associated are at the hotels discretion. All personal information provided during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of event management and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent
