As part of the Infectious Diseases & Pandemic Preparedness Summit 2025, Te Niwha may take photographs and/or recordings to document the event and promote future initiatives.

These may include: Posting online, storing, saving, uploading, copying, sharing on social media.
Purpose: To support participation of delegates attending the Infectious Diseases & Pandemic Preparedness Summit 2025, and to use photographs or recordings in printed and online materials for Te Niwha (including publications, reports, promotional material, websites, media engagement, and social media).

Terms and Conditions
CONFIRMATION Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please retain this for your records. If you opted to pay by invoice, an invoice will be sent to the email provided during registration. If you opted to pay by credit card, an automatic email with receipt will be emailed to the billing contact. PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Full payment must be received prior to attending. Failure to pay prior to the event will result in entry to the conference and associated activities being denied. If you cancel before and including Thursday 31 October 2024, you will be liable for 50% of the full purchase price. If you cancel between Friday 1 November and Tuesday 12 November 2024 you will be liable for the full purchase price. If you do not show up to the event you will be liable for the full purchase price. No refunds will be permitted. To cancel your booking, please email IDPP@avenues.co.nz . TRANSFER If you've registered but are unable to attend the event, another person can attend in your place. Please email IDPP@avenues.co.nz with the name and contact email of your replacement delegate by Monday 11 November 2024. Failure to send any ticket transfer details by this date may result in your replacement not being permitted entry into the event. CHANGE TO CONTENT AND FORMAT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION If we need to cancel the event entirely, the liability of the organisers is limited to the return of paid fees. If we’re unable to safely go ahead with the in-person aspects of our conference, we’ll convert as much of the in-person experience as we can online and provide you with a partial refund. The organisers may alter the programme including times, dates and speakers of this event without notice to you at any time. While we are sorry if this cause’s inconvenience, the organisers will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such changes.
