TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGISTRATION New Zealand Food & Grocery Council Membership must be valid to be eligible for discounted member rates. PRICING Prices are subject to any supplier increases / exchange rate fluctuation before full payment is received. All registration prices are listed in NZD. Special pricing for group flights and conference accommodation is limited and will be booked on a first-come-first-served bases. Pricing is only guaranteed upon payment of invoice/s in full. Once group attrition is full, new rates apply. PAYMENT Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Earlybird registration payment is within 7 days of invoice or by Sunday 25 August – whatever is first. If payment is not received in full by Sunday 25 August, the registration will be re-invoiced at the standard registration rate. CHANGES & CANCELLATION Should a delegate be unable to attend, a cancellation request must be forwarded in writing to Avenues Event Management. Cancellations received in writing by 10 August will receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit charge of $300.00. Between 11 August and 25 August, cancellations received in writing will receive a refund, less the non-refundable charge of $500.00. After 25 August no refunds will be made. Delegate substitutions for registration and accommodation are however permitted up to the Conference. An administration fee of $50.00 per change applies. Once a delegate has registered on-site, no further substitutions can be made. Please inform Avenues Event Management of any such substitutions as early as possible in writing. Changes to accommodation after 25 August will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis with the hotel and booking agent. Fees and any charges associated may apply. PLEASE NOTE DELEGATES CANNOT SHARE REGISTRATIONS.
